Terms of Use

The rules for using Clinic Hub as a patient, a clinic, a doctor or a supplier.

Version: 2026-10-23-draft-1 · Last updated: 2026-10-23

About Clinic Hub

Clinic Hub is an online marketplace. It connects patients with clinics and doctors, and clinics with medical suppliers. Clinic Hub does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment: the clinics and doctors you choose do, and they are responsible for it.

Not for emergencies

Clinic Hub is not for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Your account

Give accurate information, including your National ID or Iqama number if you are a patient, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Clinics and suppliers join by applying; a person at Clinic Hub reviews each application and its documents before it is approved. Doctors are invited, and may treat patients through Clinic Hub only once their professional registration is verified.

Appointments

An appointment is between you and the clinic. You can cancel an appointment yourself while it is unpaid. Once it is confirmed, changes go through the clinic.

Online payment is not currently available on Clinic Hub.

For counsel: Counsel to set cancellation, refund and no-show terms before online payment is enabled.

Review and suspension

Clinic Hub may suspend an account, a clinic, a doctor or a supplier after review, for example when a licence lapses. A suspension takes effect immediately: it stops new activity and removes public listings. It does not delete history — existing appointments, invoices, payments, treatments and records are kept, and are handled under the rules already published for them.

AI features

AI suggestions in Clinic Hub support the doctor's own judgement. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice, and the doctor decides what to do.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Clinic Hub: do not impersonate anyone, upload documents that are not genuine, access data that is not yours, or try to interfere with the service.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.
